Adding life to a 50’s State House

Due to site constraints, this design extends to the front of the property - though takes consideration to its surroundings in both materiality and scale. In addition, it was selected to remove the traditional “front fence” to soften the public edge.

With resource consent granted, and documentation underway we hope for this project to get underway late 2023.
