We manage every stage of your project — from initial feasibility and concept through to construction and handing over the keys.
As architects, our role goes well beyond design. We coordinate consultants, navigate consenting, manage budgets, and oversee delivery — bringing analysis, creativity, and problem-solving to every decision along the way.
Technology.
Technology is a genuine passion — we're always looking for better tools to improve how we work and what we deliver.
We select technology to suit each project, not the other way around. Our toolkit includes 3D point scanning, GPS survey data, cloud computing, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) via Autodesk Revit — integrated across a collaborative environment to drive efficiency at every stage.
With clients across New Zealand and beyond, we're equally set up for remote collaboration — video conferencing, screen sharing, and the right software to keep projects moving regardless of location.

Sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do — not as an afterthought, but as a fundamental driver of our design process.

Shaun Anderson.
Director, Architect (ANZIA), MArch(Prof), BAS
Shaun is a Registered Architect (ANZIA) and Director of AND. Architecture. He began his career at an award-winning Wellington practice before founding AND., building a reputation across light commercial, commercial fit-out, and residential architecture.
Shaun thrives on projects with real challenges — tight budgets, complex briefs, or demanding timelines. Over the years he has developed strong client and industry relationships, and established AND. as a recognised name in the petroleum sector, leading retail projects for a number of providers across New Zealand.

Peter Lim.
Architect (ANZIA), BArch
Peter is a registered architect (ANZIA) with broad experience across residential, commercial, interior design, seismic strengthening, and multi-family housing. He has contributed to a number of award-winning Wellington practices and built strong industry relationships along the way.
Peter thrives on complex projects — managing large consultant teams, tight timeframes, and the details that matter. A natural problem-solver, he brings a hands-on approach to everything he does, with a growing focus on energy modelling and high-performance, sustainable design.

Interior Designer, BDes (Hons)
Anna graduated with honours in Fashion before building her career across Auckland and London. Returning to Wellington with a passion for design, she transitioned into interior design — developing her skills and product knowledge across a range of residential projects with a Wellington-based designer.Anna loves working closely with clients to create spaces that are beautiful, considered, and personal.

Kevin Liu.

Kevin leads our marketing and design — bringing a background in digital marketing and graphic design that offers a fresh perspective on the construction sector. He's not afraid to challenge convention.
Kevin also runs his own photography business, and his eye for detail makes him our first call when it comes to capturing our work.

Steve brings specialist signage expertise to the team on a part-time basis. With a background as a Project Manager for a nationwide signage contractor, his knowledge is invaluable across our commercial projects — particularly in retail and petroleum, where branding and signage are a significant component.
His experience means we can respond to client queries quickly and get ahead of issues before they reach site.
